I'd like to create a new contact / event or task from the Salesforce Side Panel in outlook and link it to the appropriate account in SF. Is there a way to search & find an existing account or contact so when I create my new event or task, I can link them together? I would think we should be able to search and link to existing records. I have access to the last 25 records I recently viewed but I can't search for other records. Am I missing something?
