Can I use conditional highlighting for just a single column in a matrix report?

I have a matrix report that shows sales by account over a period of six months.  We'd like to highlight the accounts where we've received business in the past, but have no business this month.  I don't want the highlighting to show in any but the last column of sales numbers.  Any way to get that granular?  If not, is there a way to sort the values so the zeroes show at the top of my report?  I have only been able to sort by my grouping field (account name).

    Can you post a screenshot of what you're looking for? There isn't a way to explicitly do those 2 things, but there might be a workaround.

     

    Have you tried a formula field for highlighting, and only showing at the specific grouping level?
