custom date range

I would like for a report series to use a date range that is custom, but shifts each time run. The range would be something like:

 

Start: 7 days ago

 

End: 120 days from today

 

At the moment I have to manually change the start date each time it is run, which is a pain. Can I create a custom date range like today-7 to today+120 that can save in the drop down options?
