There seems to be conflicting information about whether we can submit records for approval from Salesforce1.  Can anyone give me a concrete answer on whether this is doable?  And if it IS doable, where would one find the button?

I found Article 187389 which states that you CAN submit from SF1:

https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewSolution?id=000187389&language=en_US

And Article 187495 that says you CANNOT submit from SF1:

https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewSolution?id=000187495&language=en_US

Thanks in advance for helping to preserve my sanity.  :)

I read the Release Notes that Nick recommended.  They are short and sweet:

Users can now submit records for approval from the Salesforce1 app. The app displays the Submit for Approval button in record detail pages for objects with:
    1. Active approval processes
    2. Page layouts that include the Submit for Approval button
Note, however, that users can’t manually select approvers in Salesforce1. For approval processes that require manual selection, the submitter needs to log in to the full Salesforce site to submit a record for approval.

My object meets these requirements, but I am unable to find any options to submit in Salesforce1.  I'm in the same boat as Kelley and Rachael.  Anybody able to help?
