I'm the admin, and I'm not sure what the problem is. Can someone help?

There's several possibilities:
The user put in the wrong username or password.
You could also go to Setup | Administration Setup | Manage Users
and check Login History to see what kind of errors show up there for that user
Setup | Administration Setup | Company Profile | Business Hours to see if there's something related to the hours.
