I installed Outlook Connect but I have trouble to get it working.
Must you first import your contacts via Excel before you can sync?
Or should you be able just to copy all your Outlook contacts to Salesforce at first sync?
Is there any really easy instruction anywhere?
Thanks for your help! Paul

Have you checked out the ADMINISTERING CONNECT FOR OUTLOOK cheat sheet (search in help in your org)? if you have more than say 50 contacts i would export from outlook contacts to csv and import into salesforce.com using account/contact import wizard or data loader. Assuming you have verified outlook connector connects to your sfdc org, you will need to make sure you have synchronisation options set to move outlook contact data to salesforce.com (the specific options are Synchronize with Salesforce.com or Export to Salesforce.com). Then you have to use the outlook connector buttons in outlook to associate each contact with an sfdc org account record. once you have completed the associated process you can synch and therefore copy your contacts to salesforce.com
