I have a look up field filter that won't seem to work. It gives me NOTHING when I try to use it. however, if I take out the second filter, it works.. am I doing something wrong here?
Filter Criteria
(Demo Given By SE: Account Name: Account NameequalsdynaTrace software GmbH) and (Demo Given By SE: Titlecontainsengineer)
Filter Type Required. The user-entered value must match filter criteria. Error Message Value does not exist or does not match filter criteria.
I created a company account (dynaTrace) in Salesforce and added 100 contacts (sales reps, sales enginners, marketing, etc) to the account. The User needs to select someone from dynaTrace in our opportunities. Instead of seeing all 100 people I wanted to limit it to the 20 Sales Engineers (which is their job title in salesforce).
I just tested this on my Workshop DE Org and it worked: Opportunity Custom Field
