Astadia or Model Metrics for a Salesforce.com Health Check

I have been given the green light to bring in a consultant to take a look at how we are using Salesforce.com, what we are doing well, what we could be doing better. etc.

 

Has anyone used either of these two companies? How did it go? Any other companies I should be looking at?

 

Any advice would be appreciated.
