SCHEDULED ACTION:
1 day after the DUE DATE, launch a Flow
FLOW:
Decision: Has a BALANCE greater than $0 and DAYS OUTSTANDING is greater than 0.
Record Create #1: Create Billing Record
Record Create #2: Create Billing Line Item Record
With both of my processes activated and running tests, no late fee billing records are being generated....so not sure what I'm doing wrong...
