Hi Vincenzo,
You should be able to use the weekly admin export function at no cost with your Enterprise edition but it's an external export that you must store on your local system.
As an alternative, we provide automated daily backups of Salesforce and Chatter to unlimited Amazon S3 secure storage so no need to store exports onpremise. We backup Group, Professional, Enterprise (non-profit) and Unlimited editions, and offer a substantial discount for non-profits.
You can activate Salesforce backups for multiple organizations and we provided unlimited retention of your archived data so you can recover data from any point in time. And if you're a Google Apps user, we backup all domains associated with your Google Apps account as well.
