Deal ID

I have a very simple question....where do I go to search for a deal id?

    By "Deal" do you mean Opportunity?  Every record in SFDC has a unique ID that is visible in the URL on the record detail page.  Also, you can add the ID field to Reports and List Views, and create a custom Formula(Text) field and use "Id" as the formula
