Do the standard user license can use Salesforce to Saleforce??

Do the standard user license can use Salesforce to Saleforce.If so Im not able to

 

activate  Manage Connections  in  the Administrative Permissions.

 

What ype of  user licence can use  the Salesforce to Salesforce.

    Hi.

     

    Now using a 30 days trial EE.

     

    I created a user with Standarad Platform license.

     

    I cant able to find the Manage Connections in the profile of Standarad Platform.

     

    I have a very basic question how find the editions of salesforce(force.com and crm)
