We use a Custom Domain but whenever I create a new user, the login & set password link refers to the standard , which we have disabled. How do I change this to send them to the correct domain?

We use a Custom Domain but whenever I create a new user, the login & set password link refers to the standard salesforce.com, which we have disabled.

How do I change this to send them to the correct domain?
