Client's website has Sitecore forms on their website and we have our tracker code appended to their website.
The problem I am facing here is that in Pardot I can see the visitor activities, but on new prospects that are being created I can't see any activities.
Our prospect creation is a reverse process where on the form submission a lead will be created in salesforce first and then it will be sync to Pardot. Is this causing the issue?
Is there any option to solve this
Will setting up the google tag manager solve this?
Or should the forms be connected to Pardot using form handlers to see the activities?
The short answer is I don't know.
It's about placing the cookie while the form is submitted.
1) With your sitecore form doing a Browser Side post, it should place the cookie.
2) With your sitecore form doing a Server-side post, no not out of the box. You need to do more work to make the cookie get placed (that link I dropped previously provides multiple options).
