Question about instance refresh and third-party integrations:

We are running a brochure sign-up form on our website, which connects with Salesforce through FormAssembly. During the READ ONLY period, I would assume this will no longer work because FormAssembly creates a brochure- and contact record in the process in order to deliver the brochure (by mail) to that user. What I cannot find so far: will the creation of these new records be batched and processed once the refresh is done, or would these permanently fail? Because than we would temp disable our forms.
