My name is JaiNnisan Alias Jaya Nisanth Reddy Martala. MSc in Information Technology from the University West of England in Bristol. Currently, I am waiting for my master’s results and staying In Burton Upon Trent.
I am looking for a full-time job as a Salesforce Administrator.
I learned cloud computing Technology, Salesforce CRM administrator and Salesforce Developer, Core Java, and Aws and came to the Trailhead account. So far, I have Secured 125 points, 124,100, 12 Trails and completed 7 Super badges; My Trailhead points and badges will change because every day I will do challenges, I have a Deployment Certificate In salesforce CRM, which Copado Company gives. This is all about my It experiences and learned Technologies.
Can someone please suggest how to get the salesforce administrator job in the UK? Please can someone say if the certification is mandatory? Please guide me.

Hi Jainnisan,
While your credentials are impressive for a beginner, you're still lacking any Salesforce certifications. Getting your admin cert will definitely help pass through automated CV criteria that many companies use. If you can get Sales Cloud or App Builder, even better. If you can't, then at the very least try to get the new "lightweight" Associate certification.
To get started with finding job opportunities, speak to recruiters in the ecosystem. You can also find which nearby admin Community groups you can attend and meet people who may be hiring. Of course, in the meantime you should be spending time on regular job websites and LinkedIn.
