It it's a simple question or you want them to give you feedback directly in Salesforce, you could create a Chatter Group dedicated to Salesforce feedback. You could post a poll asking to rate their satisfaction. Your users could @mention the group whenever they have a question.

You could utilize Salesforce Surveys to build a survey to send to your users.
