Hey Folks, I hope all is well. I have gone down a rabbit hole looking for some answers about email and i cant seem to find anything straightforward. My company is working on migrating a very very custom Classic env to Lightning(insert party emoji here). We are looking to have our users email our contacts from Salesforce. We use Office 365 so the integration is already available to send, that part is perfect. The issue i am having is figuring out how the responses would link back into Salesforce. We are trying to avoid them having to live in multiple systems constantly. I have read a ton of stuff, mostly about cases (which wont fit). We have a dev team that can create an email listener if absolutely needed but i was hoping we had some clicks not code that we could implement.
