Need some help!!

I want to be able to transfer below fields from Account to Contact automatically and when they are updated, contact field should be updated automatically.

1. I have been been able to transfer information from one pick list named as Industry and another one as vertical but when I am trying to do the same for Account type, I am getting an error “Error: Field Type is a picklist field. Picklist fields are only supported in certain functions.”
2. I want to be able to transfer picklist with multiple options (product that be sold to that account) but I am unable to do that.

When I complete a task and if I have selected call as dropdown then it should be similar options as when I log a call, how do I do that?
