Hi everyone! 

I have a flow that is supposed to create a custom object record then update the record once a manager manually changes a lead/contact owner.  Right now it's functioning with a 1 hour pause step and we're crossing our fingers hoping the owner is changed in that time period because the new owner ID is passed to the newly created record.

Is there a better way for me to do this?  If the owner isn't changed in an hour, then we end up getting the existing owner ID - it should really just be blank until the owner is changed.
