While re-designing home page for lightning UI, got into an issue that the standard 'Create New..' home page component is not available in lightning home page. It is being extensively used by my users for around 10 objects. Please suggest if there is any alternative solution available.

@Mamata Vartak You have to create a Global Quick actions. See the help article below.
