May I know when Attachment function can be added into Task in Lightning version? Thanks!

Hello Mira,
In my view, there is no Attachment (See below screen shot)，only have Files and Notes.
In addition, if there is Attachment function, can we add file as attachment when we create the Task? Or we have to save Task first, then add the attachment? When receiver get e-mail notification of Task, can he/she receive the Attached file in e-mail as well, not the link, which means the receiver can open attached file in e-mail directly.
As I know many people leave comments in below link, they require to put Attachment in Task of Lightning.

Does it mean that Attachment is in Task in Lightning version already?
