We just migrated to Lightning and noticed a difference in behavior when changing a record type. In Classic, when the record type is changed, the profile's default record type is auto-selected. In Lightning, it varies what record type is auto-selected. I have attached a screenshot of what I see when I change the record type in both Classic and Lightning. In Lightning, is there a way to have the profile's default record type auto-selected as it did in Classic?
