We find the "Mail Merge" button really helpful. It allows us to generate Microsoft Word documents with merged fields from Salesforce, but this unfortunately isn't available in Lightning. https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=lex_gaps_limitations_productivity.htm&type=5. We can't use the suggested alternative to send individual emails from Lightning that include merge fields from Salesforce records. Email won't work for us. Instead, we just need access to the merged Word document, and for the merged Word doc to be logged/attached as a task. Can any suggest another option or app to use? Thanks in advance!
