@Rachel Suchoff, here are the steps for turning on Lightning Experience from the Transition Assistant: https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=lex_enable_turn_on.htm .
As Elna says, we recommend doing it this way instead of using the Critical Update Console because you can also use the Transition Assistant for the preparatory steps we recommended in the webinar.
