Hi 

I saw your posting about competitive intelligence.  I am also starting down this journey.  I feel the same way that the out of box competitor is not robust enough.  I was looking at this component but it also does not seem the right thing.  

What type of solution did you implement (if any)?  I am thinking of a custom object or custom account record type.
