Classic to Lightning Transition -
On our Classic HOME Page (within the Sidebar) we have several entries that point to 3rd party application (installed package) Visual Force pages. When an entry is clicked the associated package application is executed and displayed on the user's screen.
Asking for help in determining what actions need to be taken to transition these entries over to a new Lightning HOME page? What Lightning component would these types of entries be transitioned to?
Any reference(s) to existing Lightning documentation or videos referencing a similar use case would also be helpful.

Hi Rachel. Thank you for the reply. After additional review and testing I discovered that we can also use Rich Text links to transition these VF pages from our Classic sidebar to our Lightning HOME page. I'm getting more excited about Lightning as we work through some of these initial obstacles. Thank you again for responding to my post.
