Has anyone tried the new In-App Guidance? We tried it on cases and it seems to be set up correctly but the pop up never appears. Curious if anyone else had given it a try.

I don't have a ton of experience with In-App Guidance yet but I think there may also be some settings that limit the overall number of popups a user sees in a given time period. So it might be that if you have a couple different popup alerts that only some of them will show at any given time because it's setup not to inundate the user with all the popups all of the time. I don't know how it choose which ones to show or not show to stay within the limit.
