@Sharon Liao I just created a PSG in a sandbox, associated a group of Perm Sets with it, and assigned the PSG to a small group of users, removing their individual Perm Sets.  Some of the Perm Sets in the PSG simply allow creation of a Case record type, nothing more.  The PSG is Status = 'Updated'.  When I log in as one of these users, I no longer have the choice of Case record types granted by the individual Perm Sets.  Has anyone else experienced this?  (or perhaps I overlooked something?)  Org 00D1b000000Dcxl Thanks!
