Hi, I've enrolled for an exam using a Cert Day voucher but unfortunately had to cancel the exam (scheduled for 04/27). Webassessor indicates that I will not be getting a refund since the voucher covered the cost of the exam. Shouldn't I be receiving a refund for the voucher payment of $130? Thanks.

Hi John! Because you already applied the voucher, we wouldn't issue a refund. The good news is, you can simply reschedule your exam for a later date so you can still take advantage of the voucher pricing. You won't be able to apply the voucher again (since it's already been consumed), but we can work something out so that when you're ready to sit for your exam, we will schedule it at no additional charge.
