Today I realized that the only way to change the activation settings on your lightning pages is to edit a lightning page and then click the Activate button. I didn't need to actually edit the page, I just need to change where it was activated... but it was the ONLY way to make the update. So I created an idea to change it. If you have had this issue, or are moving to lightning... Please go vote for it  :)
