Hello LeX Team,

Please consider below scenario and need your expert recommendations  /suggestions.

Page Layout 1 - Profile1 - User 1 has access to this Page layout and Lightning enabled

                        - Profile2 - User 2 has access to this Page layout

                        - Profile1&2 - user 3 has access to this Page layout and lightning enabled

Using Lightning config converter, converting Page Layout 1 to LeX,

now when user 1 logs-in, will he/she able to see all the JS & custom buttons, links, actions in Lightning? 

when user 2 logs-in (not Lightning enabled), will he/she be able to see the page layout in classic, 

and all the JS & custom buttons, links, actions?
