Hi all - I want to default all users in the org to Lightning only (and remove ability to switch back to Classic). Then I want the ability to selectively add back the option to switch back to classic if users submit a case with approved reasons. Permissions-wise does anyone have ideas how to handle? It seems like the permissions work the opposite way I would like.. "Hide option to switch to Salesforce Classic" is a permission that can be granted - however I would essentially want that to be the default and then be able to assign a permission set with "SHOW option to switch to Salesforce Classic"

Thanks Dale, it is looking like I will be assigning the “hide option to switch to classic” permission set to the whole org, creating a flow to assign it to any new users, then creating a flow to remove the assignment for any user who fills out a request with legit reason they need access to classic, then the next step in the flow is a timed step to add the permission set back after X number of days. Seems like it should work just a few extra steps…
