We are in the process of transitioning to Lightning & I am trying to find out where you change the layout template. Not the branding, not the page layout. We currently have the header at the top, wide on the left & narrow on the right. I understand there are other standard templates somewhere that you can use to change the template. I hope this is clear.

@Nicole Henry, you can do that, too! With Spring 19, though, you do not need to create a new page just to change the template! That all can be done within the page properties - https://releasenotes.docs.salesforce.com/en-us/spring19/release-notes/rn_forcecom_lab_template_switching.htm
