On app builder we are using the related list component for a custom object against accounts, users are not able to create or edit these based on profiles (these records are created from an integration). Even though we have taken away this access, they still see this carrot with no actions in it. Anyway to make this carrot go away?

I just feel like we would have caught this in testing, my QA team catches every little nuance around salesforce ha ha. Oh well, lesson learned.
