I built a Lightning Record Page for my opportunity object.  I have assigned this page to my Sales App, the correct Record Type (Nam Opportunity record), and correct Profile.  I have a user in my sales app with this profile looking at an opportunity in the Sales app with the Nam Opportunity record and he can't see my lightning page.  It is displaying the classic page instead.  Why?  I confirmed that the user/profile has lightning enable and he is viewing the lightning interface.  Also, when I login AS this user my lightning page appears just fine.  It only shows the standard (classic) view for HIM... when he logs in himself.
