Editing Related Contacts in Object Manager > Accounts > Account Layout is not working. All buttons for editing contacts are grey. "Allow users to relate a contact to multiple accounts" is checked and the setting is saved. I've searched everywhere for why I cannot access these buttons, especially if I need to Add Relationship for my Trailblazer Module, "Understand Account & Contact Relationships."

I also don't see all of the Get Cloudy Consulting regions that the module mentions. Should I have added something from apps? In previous modules, I didn't see all the relevant names and companies as well.
