Hello! We don't see any Npsp record pages in Lightning App Builder. Only the pages we created are there but no Npsp pages.

Out of the box with NPSP there aren't any specific Lightning Pages built for NPSP. The only NPSP customization done on record pages are the page layouts themselves with you can access via Object Manager -> Object (IE Account, Contact, Opportunity) -> Page Layouts.
On the Lightning App builder, this would be the detail component you can drop/drag onto the page.
