Hi Members,

I have a question about remedy force app. It is a managed package so my understanding is I can't create any custom objects to link with remedy force's objects. Is it correct? 

Also, I am new to remedy force. Currently, all users on remedy are assigned 'customer portal manager custom" license. With this license, if I create new app on force.com platform, Can all users use the new app? or what effects if I switch users license to salesforce platform license? 

If anyone can send me the link regarding licensing issues, I would appreciate.
