There seems to be a problem with secondary sort order on our Case list view. Primary sort column is County and secondary sort order defaults to "Date/Time Opened". But the attached screenshot shows records from 8/8 and 8/9 are out of order. In addition, the case numbers are also out of order. My user noticed this problem started on 8/10 and affects case queue priority. We see numerous cases out of order from other counties as well. Any idea why this happened or suggestions for how to fix?
