I would to ask you guys if you are aware of any tool like Sales and Marketing Team, which can help you take notes and describe what activities you do during the day or week... Don't find it so appropriate since doesn't give you the possibility to keep track of all your tasks you complete in the form of a Report.

I dont know if this fits your needs, but you could create a custom object for it.
A record could be a day or a Week depending on your needs:
The fields are your tasks (declare it further in the description); and fill in the number how often you do something during the day or week
If you wanna report about it you could maybe multiplicate the number of amounts with the average time the task takes to do in a formula.
I am not sure if you wanna do this in Salesforce, but this could be a possibility.
