I am looking to send an email from Pardot to one company's prospects on a specific product. I would send it from the Assigned user. Is is possible to send this type of email with a PDF attachment through Pardot? If not do you recommend doing this through Salesforce?

It is not possible to send files as attachments per se, however you can upload the PDF as a file in Pardot and include a link to the file in the email.
