Question about notifications in the Lightning experience.  We are new to Service Cloud and have just started raising cases.  We have e-mail to case setup and working and the team are able to e-mail the customers back through Service Cloud.  Customer responses are then coming back into the case.  My question is how can I notify the tech that a response has been received and is it possible to update the list view that they work off to know that an update has been received?  Or can they get some type of notification within Service Cloud.  I can see in the classic setup there were push notification but they do not seem to be available in Lightning.

Many thanks - Ian

    Hi Ian!

Activate that sucker immediately. Basically, there was a bug that said: if you have ANY PB in which you have a Field Update, any email notifications will NOT go out. (whaaaat?)

Once you activate that Critical Update, your email alerts should work perfectly.
