If anyone has a need to resize images added to rich text area fields in Lightning Experience please upvote this idea. This is possible in Classic but not anymore in LE.

HI Terence, if you need a better image integration, including resizing uploaded images to add a new reshaped/resized version to Rich Text field, don't hesitate to give a try to SharinPix on the AppExchange or even to ask me fore more details.
