Hi, I'm new to Salesforce and wondering if anyone uses it to store contracts in a relational database format? Any suggestions?

@Lynn Hofmeister You might not be aware of record types because of the type of org that you have. Record Types are not available with all of the orgs. I think org types have been renamed, but they used to be called, professional, enterprise and unlimited. So, find which type you're on and whether or not it has access to record types.
