In Classic, we have a button on our Person Account and Contact pages that allows us to create a new Lead Record using the details from the account page (I think it's a URL Hack).  This is how we refer existing customers to other business units.  How can I recreate this in Lightning? When I try to create a new object specific action on the account page, the Create a Lead option is not available because the Lead and Account objects are not related.
