Hi , i've turned on Lightning for my org, but i haven't deployed the domain yet. I have some questions that is more technical and related to integration to our ecommerce site.
- Do we need to register the subdomain domain or will SFDC do this? And/or buy SSL cert for this? (for instance, do we need to buy www.abccompany.salesforce.com on godaddy? or do i just pick the name and deplooy and salesforce takes care of it?)
- Do we need to change the API login URL? If so, is there a sample code for this?

So for any integration of e commerce sites to our salesforce wouldn't be affected by this domain change and API integration?
