Hello all. Just sending my sincere apologies to the Convenors, Heidi and Conga for my absence today. All intent upon being there, however circumstances have conspired..  Highly recommend @Heidi Prowse who has made such a difference to us newbies over here at Karinya House as we go through the implementation process.  We are also working with Conga, and thank @Jeremy Sharpe for his assistance to date. We will no doubt be bothering them and the Salesforce Support team a lot more very soon as we go live.
