Hello! This has been a great group to ask very specific LEX questions, here's one we just ran into, hopefully someone can help:

On the campaign page layout we want to see details of the campaign member related list (Name, status, rsvp date, etc.). In classic, it looks fine (see screenshot). In LEX, with no change in page layout, there is a donut chart that we can't seem to change to details. 

I have tried tweaking settings on the related list on the Lightning App Builder, confirmed that the page layout has the correct related list and details, and am now stumped.
