Ultimately the KPIs should reflect questions that your sales & exec teams need to answer. Data and KPIs aren't meaningful unless they're actionable - so we'd really encourage you to host workshops with your exec/management teams and really drill into what's important (perhaps using the suggested KPIs above as a starting point). Once you've identified KPIs with your team, you should be able to articulate what you would do with data from those KPIs on either end of the spectrum.
